Irish supergroup The Corrs are being sued by a Los Angeles songwriter, who
claims they stole his tune for their 2000 hit BREATHLESS.

JENESEE RICCO (corr) is demanding $50,000 (GBP26,300) from the group’s
record company ATLANTIC RECORDS, claiming the Irish family ripped off their
tune from his own, also entitled BREATHLESS.

He tells news show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, "It was just stolen. I wanna get
paid for that song. They don’t have the right to just take it."
